The demand for increasingly smaller and more powerful IC devices is soaring. Nearfield Instruments’ QUADRA metrology machines help chipmakers accelerate quality control dramatically. And, as a result, boost chip production. As an Administrative Coordinator based in Korea, you will be an essential member the team to ensure smooth office operations.

What you’re going to do

Nearfield Instruments is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining records, logistics, and assisting with general office operations. Additionally, you will provide support to the team by handling correspondence, organizing travel arrangements, and performing basic data entry tasks.

About you

We are looking for a candidate that has:

 ·        Basic written and verbal English communication ability

·        Strong organizational and time management skills

·        Excellent attention to detail

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

·        Effective written and verbal communication skills

·        Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

·        Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures

·        Familiarity with administrative tasks and responsibilities

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

·        Experience in a similar administrative role is a plus

Our home base will be with our team in Korea South KyungGi province PyungTaek City, which consists of 6 colleagues reporting to the Country Manager.
