Job overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Architect to lead the design and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align business processes with technology solutions, ensuring the successful integration of ERP and PLM systems. You will be responsible for analyzing current business structures, defining future state architectures, and guiding the implementation process. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design ERP systems that align with business strategies and ensure seamless integration with PLM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into architectural solutions.

  • Develop and maintain the architecture roadmap for ERP and PLM implementation projects.

  • Design scalable and efficient business processes aligned with industry best practices.

  • Ensure the ERP system aligns with business strategies and integrates effectively with PLM.

  • Lead the planning and implementation phases of ERP projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

  • Provide guidance on system configuration, data migration, and change management.

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure alignment with business goals and continuous improvement.

About you

The ideal candidate will have a mixed background in business administration, financial management, and consulting, coupled with experience in project management.

  • Proven experience in business architecture, with a focus on ERP and PLM systems.

  • Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering environments; experience in semiconductor (Semicon) is a plus.

  • Proficient in project management, with a track record of successfully leading ERP implementation projects.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
