About the job

As the Creative Presentation Designer at Nearfield Instruments, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality presentations, motion content, and branding materials across multiple platforms. You will work closely with senior leaders, project owners, and corporate affairs colleagues to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact in our corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Presentation Design: Create and design visually compelling presentations, templates, and style guides that effectively communicate messages;

  • Brand Consistency: Maintain adherence to Nearfield Instruments’ corporate visual identity guidelines across all materials;

  • PowerPoint Expertise: Utilize advanced PowerPoint features, including animations, transitions, and multimedia elements, to enhance presentations;

  • Data Visualization: Develop clear and effective charts, graphs, and graphic elements to illustrate key points using PowerPoint and Excel;

  • Graphic & Motion Design: Design or source relevant icons, illustrations, and motion elements to complement presentation content;

  • Editing & Quality Control: Review content for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and layout errors, ensuring a polished final product;

  • Social Media & Marketing Support: Create and manage engaging social media content, email campaigns, and online marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness;

  • Strategic Growth: Collaborate with leadership to identify and execute new business opportunities and creative initiatives;

  • Product & Brand Visuals: Design visuals for external use, conferences, fairs, etc;

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the other departments to advance internal and external creative projects;

  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in design, corporate branding, and digital content creation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in presentation design, preferably in investment banking, professional services, or corporate environments;

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (animations, slide transitions, multimedia integration) and Excel (data visualization, charting);

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) is a plus;

  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines with high attention to detail;

  • Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for aesthetics;

  • Experience in marketing campaign management and social media content creation;

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
