Speed and precision. That’s what global chipmakers need for their quality and process control to increase their output. And that’s what Nearfield Instruments’ unique metrology systems offer. It’s also what makes you excel as a factory logistics operator. Thanks to you, we will be able to accelerate production and meet the growing demand for our deep-tech systems.
At Nearfield Instruments, you will join a rapidly growing scale-up. We encourage you to help shape and improve our warehouse and logistics processes. And you will do what it takes to meet our cleanroom assembly teams’ logistics needs.
Your responsibilities include:
Uncrating, unpacking and visually inspecting incoming goods for damage. The goods range from bolts and cables to heavy parts and pre-fabricated modules.
Cleaning, double-packing and labelling hardware, ensuring compliance with cleanroom standards.
Collating and storing kits for assembly, as well as monitoring and updating the warehouse and cleanroom inventory. Of course, you will make sure that all hardware is easily traceable for everyone in our team.
Delivering hardware assembly kits, including tooling, to cleanrooms and assisting with preparing machines for shipment to clients.
Separating and packing rejected or broken hardware for return to suppliers. You will also support with other logistics tasks that may emerge.
You will join the currently three-strong Warehouse & Logistics team. Being a scale-up, we have no clearly defined department boundaries. We all work together to realise our growth strategy. What connects us is a drive to develop and build deep-tech metrology solutions, enabling 5G connectivity, AI, medical technology, autonomous mobility and so much more. As an international team, we have different cultural backgrounds, which is why diversity and inclusion come naturally to us. Our combined identities and ambitions enrich our culture and make up our strength. We encourage you to be authentic, and empower you to grow your role in an open, friendly and supportive atmosphere.
