We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Junior Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to support our growing US operations in the semiconductor equipment industry.
What will you be doing?
As a member of the USA team, the Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator is the local expert focused on growing our US business in the northwest US. This individual will be responsible for daily warehouse management, inbound and outbound shipments, inventory management, and support domestic and international logistics in coordination with our Netherlands HQ. This position is key to ensuring operational readiness for customer support and field service activities. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build foundational logistics experience in a high-tech, high-growth environment.
Specific responsibilities include:
Warehouse Operations:
Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments (tools, parts, consumables)
Manage outgoing shipments, including packaging, labelling, and carrier coordination
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
Ensure accurate documentation for customs and international shipments
Stage parts ad tool kits for service, demo and customer shipments

Maintain inventory of warehouse supplier
Inventory Management:
Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits
Track inventory movements using internal systems (ERP or inventory tools)
Support lot control, serialization, and traceability of high-value parts
Maintain appropriate stock levels and reorder points for local spares

Coordinate RMA (Return Material Authorization) logistics
Logistics & Shipping:
Coordinate all shipping and receiving activity (domestic and international)
Work with freight forwards, carriers and customs brokers
Prepare and manage documentation (invoicing, packing lists, bill of lading)
Track and manage shipments

Ensure compliance with international trade regulation
Systems & Process:
Enter inventory and shipment data into logistics software or ERP system
Prepare shipping documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, and waybills
Work with the operations team to improve warehouse workflows
Follow company safety guidelines and local regulatory compliance for materials handling.

Identify and recommend process improvements in warehouse workflows.
Cross-Functional Support:
Work closely with field service engineers to support spare parts and tool logistics
Liaise with Dutch headquarters and local service teams on inventory and delivery needs
Support contract, demo and evaluation tool deployment timelines.
What do we require from you?
Our future Warehouse and Logistics coordinator will have excellent analytical & communication skills and be technology savvy. In addition, qualifications include a blend of technical, organizational, and interpersonal attributes to support a proactive start up environment.
Demonstrate proficiency in receiving, inspecting and shipping high-value components, with strong attention to detail in documenting all transactions.
Proficiency in warehouse operations, receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods
Strong attention to detail in data entry, inventory tracking and documentation. Accuracy and skilled management of ERP systems and databases
Familiarity with basic export compliance, including HTS codes, ECCN classifications, and EAR regulations
Experience with domestic and international shipping and freight carriers
Ability to manage a safe warehouse environment, conduct regular cycle-counts, support serialized inventory tracking and ensuring adequate stocking
Auditable inventory systems, shipping measures and tracking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities
Specific education & experience include:
Candidates at various levels with a degree in logistics, supply chain or business operations will be considered.
Preference will be given to candidates who possess 1-4+ years in the Semiconductor or Semiconductor Capital Equipment Industry.
