Our machines enables our customers - the world’s leading chipmakers – to increase the production yields, and thus, functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics.

Founded in 2016, we bring together the most creative minds (approx. 240 employees) in science and technology and develop a one-of-a-kind, revolutionary high throughput Scanning Probe Microscopy system.

Where you will be working?

You work closely together with our Business Architect and departments like, R&D, Supply Chain and Logistics.

              

What will you be doing?

As Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing master data management (MDM) strategies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the organization.

You will work to define data standards, enforce data governance policies and resolve data-related issues and will act as the data quality and consistency guardian and will lead in master data related projects.

Some of the important topics that are on your agenda;

  • Develop and implement MDM strategies
    This includes designing processes, defining data standards, and selecting appropriate technologies to manage master data

  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency and resolve data-related issues.
    This involves validating data, identifying and troubleshoot and resolving inconsistencies, and investigate data quality problems, and promoting data governance practices, establish data standard and ensuring data alignment across different systems and departments and stakeholders.

  • Liaise with stakeholders

  • This involves collaborating with business units, IT teams, and other relevant departments to ensure that data management practices are aligned with business needs and objectives

  • Train and support teams

  • This may involve providing guidance and training on proper data management practices and procedures

  • Build and contribute to data governance policies

  • This includes participating in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures

  • Lead in data projects

  • This may involve leading data transformation projects, new tool implementations, and other initiatives related to data management.

What are we looking for?

Furthermore, you need to recognize yourself in the profile as described below.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.

  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications in data management technologies is a plus.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related fields.

  • Strong understanding of master data management principles and practices This includes knowledge of data modeling, data integration, data migration, data governance, and data quality management.

  • Experience with MDM tools and technologies This may include experience with various MDM platforms, data integration tools, and data quality tools.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills This includes the ability to identify data issues, analyze data patterns, and develop solutions to resolve data-related problems.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    This includes the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy This includes a strong focus on ensuring data quality and consistency.
