Nearfield Instruments is a leading high-tech company providing advanced metrology solutions to the global semiconductor industry. Our technology enables customers to develop the next generation of semiconductor devices with greater precision and efficiency.

To support our growing operations in South Korea, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrator to join our Korea office on a fixed-term contract from August 1, 2026, until July 31, 2028.

This is a broad and hands-on role that supports the day-to-day operations of the Korea office across Human Resources, Finance, General Affairs, Logistics, and Business Support.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Support employee onboarding and resignation documentation

  • Provide payroll administration support

  • Maintain HR-related records and administration

  • Administer employee welfare and benefits programs

  • Manage employee annual leave administration

Finance

  • Support financial planning and management activities

  • Prepare monthly financial reports

  • Manage deposits, withdrawals, and account balance tracking

  • Process tax invoices

  • Prepare and maintain VAT-related data

  • Support employee expense processing and administration

General Affairs

  • Manage company certificates and compliance documentation, including ISO certifications and mandatory employee training records

  • Manage office-related contracts, including lease agreements and utility services

  • Coordinate external service providers and vendors, including office cleaning services and drinking water suppliers

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility-related requirements

Logistics

  • Coordinate export and import processes

  • Process inventory-related documentation

  • Maintain inventory records in the AFAS system

  • Support inventory management activities

Business Support

  • Coordinate spare parts deliveries and records

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team

  • Manage and maintain the I-Market Korea database

Additional Administrative Support

  • Arrange taxi reservations for employees and visitors travelling to headquarters

  • Register customer visits to Nearfield Instruments headquarters

  • Prepare and manage visa-related documentation for foreign nationals

  • Support other office administration activities as required

Job requirements

What We Are Looking For


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration, HR administration, finance support, or a similar role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience with ERP systems; AFAS experience is an advantage

  • Fluent Korean and professional English communication skills

  • Experience in an international and/or technology-driven environment is preferred
