Nearfield Instruments is a leading semiconductor metrology and process control company developing breakthrough measurement solutions for the world's most advanced semiconductor manufacturers. The company is experiencing rapid international growth and is establishing itself as a global technology leader supporting the next generation of AI-enabled semiconductor innovation.

To support our growth ambitions, we are looking for a Digital Marketing & Employer Branding Manager who will take full ownership of our digital presence, marketing communications, and employer brand across internal and external channels.

 

The Role

As the Digital Marketing & Employer Branding Manager, you will own and drive Nearfield Instruments' digital marketing strategy and execution from end-to-end.

You will be responsible for strengthening our global online presence, increasing brand awareness, generating engagement across multiple stakeholder groups, and positioning Nearfield Instruments as an employer of choice within the high-tech and semiconductor industry.

This is a hands-on role combining strategic thinking with operational execution across social media, website management, content creation, employer branding, internal communications, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Ownership

  • Own and execute the overall digital marketing strategy.

  • Manage digital campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Monitor, analyze and optimize marketing performance using relevant KPIs.

  • Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all touchpoints.

  • Support lead generation and commercial objectives through digital initiatives.

 

Website Management

  • Act as owner and responsible stakeholder for the Nearfield Instruments website.

  • Manage website content, updates, SEO optimization, and user experience.

  • Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders.

  • Continuously improve website performance, visibility, and conversion.

 

Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Create compelling content for web, social media, newsletters, employer branding campaigns, and corporate communications.

  • Translate complex semiconductor and metrology technologies into accessible and engaging stories.

  • Develop thought leadership content, customer success stories, news articles, and company updates.

  • Maintain editorial planning and content calendar.

 

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow Nearfield Instruments' presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

  • Develop engaging content that strengthens brand awareness and market positioning.

  • Monitor trends and identify opportunities to increase audience engagement.

  • Track and report social media performance metrics.

Employer Branding

  • Develop and execute the employer branding strategy.

  • Promote Nearfield's culture, values, innovation journey, and career opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with HR and Talent Acquisition teams.

  • Create campaigns that attract top talent within semiconductor, engineering, software, and high-tech sectors.

  • Strengthen Nearfield's visibility in target talent markets globally.

 

Internal & External Communications

  • Enhance Nearfield's online presence both internally and externally.

  • Develop communication materials supporting company growth, milestones, funding announcements, events, and recruitment campaigns.

  • Support internal communication initiatives that reinforce company culture and employee engagement.

 

Digital Asset & Knowledge Library Management

  • Maintain and further develop the organization's digital content repository and marketing asset library.

  • Ensure consistency, accessibility, and governance of corporate marketing materials.

  • Support global teams with up-to-date communication assets and brand resources.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, employer branding, or corporate communications.

  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English.

  • Experience managing corporate websites and content management systems.

  • Experience with LinkedIn and B2B social media marketing.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools.

 

Preferred

  • Experience within a high-tech, semiconductor, scientific instrumentation, or engineering environment.

  • Understanding of complex technology products and B2B marketing.

  • Experience working in an international growth organization.

  • Knowledge of SEO, marketing automation, and employer branding best practices.
