Job description
What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Global mobility / HR administrator to support our international colleagues. You will play a key role in supporting international employees and the HR team. You ensure that all administrative processes related to international employees and business travel documentation run smoothly, accurately, and on time. You have a strong eye for detail, understand international regulations, and enjoy working in a dynamic, multicultural environment. You will also assist employees with resolving business travel-related issues, and ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience from start to finish. You will also act as the main point of contact between our organization and our external immigration provider regarding business traveling, ensuring accurate communication and efficient issue resolution.
Key responsibilities:
HR administration of International hires (visas, work permits, 30% ruling)
Maintain contact with external parties (e.g. immigration services (IND), tax advisors)
Monitor business travel requests and ensure compliance with internal travel policies
Maintain accurate business travel information and business travel documentation
Provide clear communication and guidance to business travellers
Assist with reporting and administrative tasks related to business travel management
Help out with the HR administration, including contract preparation, system entries, and ensuring all processes follow internal guidelines and checklists;
Support various HR processes such as global mobility administration, applying at our service partner for mandatory process start-up for foreign employees;

Experience in international business travel administration;
Knowledge of international labor law and immigration processes (IND) for international hires is a must;
Some experience in HR Administration;
Excellent communication skills in English language (written and spoken);

Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills;
Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously;
An employee focused mindset and clear communication skills;
Efficiently manages priorities while thriving in fast-moving, competitive contexts;
Accurate, proactive, and well-organized;
An optimist, you have a positive attitude and a good sense of humor;
Able to work (32-40 hours) in a dynamic environment, you are able to adapt in a continuously changing environment;
Willing to come to the office every day.
