At the same time, priorities evolve, processes mature, and change is a constant. We're looking for someone who thrives in this environment—someone who enjoys creating structure, continuously improving the way we work, and helping us scale successfully.

You'll recognize yourself in the following profile:

  • Feels comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment for complex technical roles in a scale-up environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills. You know how to set clear expectations, influence effectively, and keep hiring teams aligned throughout the recruitment process.

  • Experience in the semiconductor industry is a strong advantage.

  • A genuine interest in technology and the curiosity to deepen your understanding of the semiconductor industry.

  • Strong sourcing skills and confidence in proactively identifying and engaging top talent.

  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable taking ownership, working independently, and navigating an evolving environment where not everything is fully defined yet.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Willingness to work five days per week from our Rotterdam office.

What can you expect from us?

There's never been a more exciting time to join Nearfield Instruments. As we continue to scale, you'll have the opportunity to grow alongside the company - professionally and personally. You'll join an ambitious, collaborative team where your ideas matter and your impact is visible from day one.

In return, we offer:

  • A competitive salary that reflects your experience and contribution.

  • 30 vacation days per calendar year (based on a 40-hour work week).
