Where will you be working?
You will be working within Production Engineering team in close collaboration with D&E and System Engineering and SCM with end goal to improve the production and CT.
What will you be doing?
As a Production Engineer focused on Supplier Quality and Quality in Production Cleanroom, you will:
Monitor and improve the quality of incoming parts and assemblies from suppliers.
Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions on supplier-related issues and internal quality deviations.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Support production teams by resolving quality issues quickly and effectively to minimize impact on output.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in both supplier performance and internal quality processes.

Job requirements
What are we looking for?

You must fit in such a climate and don’t mind constantly implementing changes and processing improvements and going the extra mile on a regular basis and feel comfortable with some uncertainty.
Furthermore, you need to recognize yourself in the profile as described below.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
3–7 years of experience in quality engineering or supplier quality roles within a high-tech or manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills and experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies (e.g. 8D, DMAIC).
Familiarity with quality standards and supplier auditing practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to drive quality improvements.
