Where you will be working?

As a Program Manager – Service Transformation, you will work within the Service organization and closely collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Product, and Operations." What is product?

You will coordinate cross‑functional initiatives that improve service processes, tools, and ways of working.

What will you be doing?

Basically, anything you touch, you (can and will) add value to;

  • drive and coordinate service transformation initiatives across the organization;

  • define and manage a structured service transformation roadmap aligned with company strategy;

  • lead cross‑functional programs involving Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product teams;

  • translate strategic objectives into clear programs, actions, and milestones;

  • improve service processes, operating models, and tooling;

  • support change management and adoption of new ways of working;

  • monitor progress, risks, and impact of transformation initiatives.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken);

  • Willing to work on‑site in Rotterdam.
