Founded in 2016, we bring together the most creative minds (approx. 400 employees) in science and technology and develop a one-of-a-kind, revolutionary high throughput Scanning Probe Microscopy system.

As Receptionist you are responsible for a professional and warm welcome of our employees and visitors. In addition you deliver administrative support to the Facility team in a dynamic and fast-paced scale-up. You will ensure a smooth running of our offices on a day-to-day basis- not the typical sit behind the desk reception role. Every day can be different and carries it’s own challenges.

Your core responsibilities consist of:

• Receiving visitors;

• Handling of all incoming telephone calls;

• Maintain pantries and meeting rooms;

• Supporting and facilitate onboarding of new employees;

• administrative support to the Facility Team;

• Ordering and managing lunch for meetings & daily lunch staff;

• Ordering office supplies, groceries, gifts;

• Other common ad hoc activities;

• Creating and maintaining a positive atmosphere in the office for both colleagues and our guests;

• Approximately 3 years of working experience;

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level;

• Advanced MS Office skills;

• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills, both spoken and in writing;

• Representative;

• Positive attitude, good sense of humor and social skills.

• Experience with BHV / First Aid would be a plus;
