Where will you be working?

We are currently setting up and organizing our Customer Support Team. You will be part of this newly formed team, working closely with two other team members. In this role, you will collaborate with customers, Supply Chain, engineers, and specialists across the organization.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing our spare parts operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing spare parts availability and ensuring an efficient material flow

  • Preparing export documentation and coordinating shipments of spare parts and tools to customer sites

  • Building, implementing, and maintaining spare parts processes and lifecycle management

  • Analyzing the quality performance of replaceable parts and conducting failure analyses using structured root-cause methodologies

  • Driving continuous improvement in decision-making across the full lifecycle of service and replaceable parts to optimize availability (national and international)

  • Managing Preventive Maintenance parts and MTBF-related procedures

  • Collaborating closely with internal and external customers to understand their needs

  • Working with suppliers to improve performance and reliability

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

Required experience and skills:

  • Proven experience in customer support and spare parts management

  • Demonstrated experience in logistics, including export documentation and shipping preparation

  • Knowledge of stock level calculations and inventory management

  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience

  • Familiarity with Preventive Maintenance and MTBF concepts

  • Experience with statistics and/or statistical engineering

  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across functions and organizations

  • Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement, with experience in structured problem-solving techniques
