We are looking for a Director of Supply Chain Management to lead and scale our end-to-end supply chain in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment. In this role, you will define and execute supply chain strategies that support rapid growth, operational excellence, and long-term resilience.
You will be responsible for procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier partnerships, while building and leading a high-performing supply chain team. Working closely with R&D, Product, Sales, and Finance, you ensure the supply chain is fully aligned with business objectives and customer needs. This role combines strategic leadership with a hands-on, pragmatic approach suited to a scale-up setting.
Your responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business growth, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and resilience. Continuously identify opportunities to improve performance, reduce complexity, and support long-term objectives.
Design and optimize supply chain processes, systems, and infrastructure to support rapid growth, new products, and increasing volumes. Lead initiatives related to automation, standardization, and digitalization.
Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations including procurement, demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance. Drive best practices to improve service levels, lead times, quality, and cost efficiency.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners. Lead contract negotiations, manage supplier performance, and mitigate supply chain risks.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain organization. Foster a culture of ownership, agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement suited to a scale-up environment.
Identify supply chain risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply and operational stability during disruptions.
Work closely with R&D, Product Development, Sales, Finance, and Operations to align supply chain capabilities with business needs and customer expectations.
Leverage ERP systems, analytics, and supply chain technologies to improve visibility, forecasting, and performance monitoring. Lead digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain.
Own the supply chain budget, analyze cost drivers, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or delivery performance. Support forecasting and financial planning activities.
Job requirements
Your profile
10+ years of executive experience in global supply chain management, preferably in a semicon industry, high-tech/ deep-tech.
Experience in working in fast growing and fast paced organizations;
Proven leadership experience in building and scaling teams;
Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and global sourcing.
Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making;
Execution driven, adaptive and excellent stakeholder management.
