About Nearfield Instruments

Nearfield Instruments (NFI) is a fast-growing, high-tech scale-up. We design, develop, integrate, market, and service advanced metrology machines. Our solutions enable the world’s leading chipmakers to increase production yield and improve device performance—powering smaller, faster, and more energy-efficient electronics.

Nearfield brings together leading experts in science and engineering to develop a unique, high-throughput Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM) platform delivering true 3D, sub-nanometer resolution metrology at production scale.

Taiwan is a key strategic market for Nearfield, with close collaboration with leading semiconductor manufacturers and ecosystem partners.

What is your role and impact?

As Technical Program Manager in Taiwan, you play a key role in scaling Nearfield’s success at leading semiconductor customers.

New Product Insertion (NPI) & Process Development

Drive New Product Insertion (NPI) activities at customer sites. You ensure successful tool bring-up, process qualification, and transition to production.

Support process development and integration of Nearfield’s technology into semiconductor process flows. Manage risks during early deployment and ensure readiness for high-volume manufacturing.

Program Management & Execution

Lead end-to-end execution of customer programs from evaluation through production ramp. You ensure delivery against milestones, timelines, and performance targets.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across Applications, Product, Hardware, Software, and R&D to drive execution and resolve challenges.

Customer Engagement

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at leading semiconductor companies. You act as a trusted advisor on applications, process development, and technology adoption.

Translate customer needs into structured plans and ensure clear communication and follow-up.

Technical Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
