Founded in 2016, we bring together the most creative minds (approx. 410 employees) in science and technology to develop a one-of-a-kind, revolutionary high‑throughput Scanning Probe Microscopy system.
Where you will be working?
As a Training Coordinator, you will be part of the Service & Training organization. You will work closely with technical experts, trainers, and service teams to ensure hands‑on technical training sessions are delivered efficiently and consistently.
Your focus is on training execution and coordination, ensuring engineers are well prepared for their roles.
What will you be doing?
Basically, anything you touch, you (can and will) add value to;
coordinate and deliver hands‑on, instructor‑led technical training sessions;
prepare and support training systems, tools, and materials;
coordinate training schedules, participants, and trainers;
ensure training sessions follow defined curricula and safety standards;
act as point of contact during training execution;
collect feedback from trainees and trainers and support continuous improvement.
Why is the position interesting for you?

You will key in ramping the training capacity of the academy and answering the needs of our engineers.
You will leverage the dedicated training assets of the academy but also find additional opportunities by building strong partnership with the production and field install teams.
You will take part of the development of the training infrastructure and facilitate the use of innovative ways to deliver training (simulators, remote, VR, ...)
What are we looking for?
Technical background or experience in service, support, or engineering;
Comfortable working hands‑on with systems or equipment;
Strong coordination and communication skills;
Practical, structured, and service‑oriented mindset;
Able to work in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment;
Good command of the English language (spoken and written);
Willing to work on‑site in Rotterdam.
