Where will you be working?

You will be working in the Production Operations department. Within this department you are part of the Strategic Supply Chain & Procurement team (12 colleagues).

What will you be doing?

As an Operational Buyer NPR your main focus at our company will be Non-Product Related. Concrete: you are working with equipment, services and support in the development of scaling up the company for both purchase of products and services. This will be for the departments Warehousing, Cleanroom, IT HW & SW, Facilities and HR.

You are responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Execute and manage day-to-day operational procurement activities for Non-Product Related;

  • get quotations, prepare PO’s, feed into PO approval process, make, administer, send and chase PO’s;

  • monitoring orders and guarding delivery times;

  • monitoring and managing supplier performance, including delivery times, quality, and compliance with agreements.

  • meet with colleagues to define needs for services and lead negotiations.

    This will be your challenge:

    • Interpret fuzzy information and requests to deliver on time solutions for internal requestors;

    • proactive problem solving in day-to-day tasks understanding how your work impacts the big picture; 

    • taking responsibility and ownership of assigned responsibilities

Furthermore, you need to recognize yourself in the profile as described below.

  • Educational background in supply chain, logistics, or procurement;

  • some years of experience in a similar role in a, however, we also welcome recent graduates and entry-level candidates;

  • comfortable working with applications like Excel and ERP;

  • flexible and capable of working in a high-tech/high-pace environment;

  • drive to succeed and add value to the success of the company;

  • a real team player with strong interpersonal skills, quality orientation and an excellent command of the English language.
