This will be your team
You will lead a team of 25 experts and report directly to the Director of Production Operations. This international team consists of System Integration Engineers, Production Engineers, Install engineers and System Coordinators.As Manager you manage a multidisciplinary team responsible for performing the System Integration and Testing of our high-tech semiconductor metrology systems in our ISO 5 clean room and laboratories. Using your teamwork skills to solve problems and optimize team performance, you guarantee that our systems are delivered on time, within budget and with the agreed quality.
With your experience in high-tech Production environments you oversee the daily workload, set priorities where necessary and coach and mentor the team members. You keep an eye on the overall competences of the team, signal gaps and propose training and development plans. You make sure that everybody is trained well and their knowledge is up-to-date.
