This will be your team

You will lead a team of 25 experts and report directly to the Director of Production Operations. This international team consists of System Integration Engineers, Production Engineers, Install engineers and System Coordinators.


What will you be doing?

As Manager you manage a multidisciplinary team responsible for performing the System Integration and Testing of our high-tech semiconductor metrology systems in our ISO 5 clean room and laboratories. Using your teamwork skills to solve problems and optimize team performance, you guarantee that our systems are delivered on time, within budget and with the agreed quality.

With your experience in high-tech Production environments you oversee the daily workload, set priorities where necessary and coach and mentor the team members. You keep an eye on the overall competences of the team, signal gaps and propose training and development plans. You make sure that everybody is trained well and their knowledge is up-to-date.

Some of the topics you are responsible for are:

  • System Integration and Testing of metrology systems and the on time delivery, within budget and with the agreed quality;
  • You are responsible to make sure the teams are optimally staffed to ensure the team can fulfill its crucial role within the company;
  • Align with System Functions on Development & Engineering, System Integration, Test topics and assure all procedures are documented 100%.

What are we looking for?

  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Applied Physics, Instrumentation or equivalent;
  • At least 10 years of experience in Production activities on high-tech systems;
  • Previous experience with semiconductor equipment manufacturing is a plus.
  • Proven background in managing and organizing a team, overseeing workload and setting of priorities.
  • Flexible and capable of working in a high-tech environment.
