This will be your team

You will lead a team of project managers and report directly to the Director of Design & Engineering. Moreover, you will be working closely with R&D and with a highly multi-disciplinary team executing innovative projects.

What will you be doing?

As Program Manager you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of program development for the NFI Quadra program. You are challenged with the on time delivery of the program and reporting of time, quality and budget, and manage issues and escalations.

You will use your deep understanding of our technology, your excellent communication and planning skills to lead a team of project managers towards results in complex programs. Together you make sure the machine roadmap is set up according to the high NFI standards.

Some of the topics you are responsible for are:

  • You are the go-to person for all ins and outs of the quadra program, including H/W and S/W;
  • In collaboration with our Supply Chain organization you manage potential technology and (sub-) system suppliers (requirements & deliverables);
  • You monitor all escalations for proper priority, reporting, staffing and follow-up;
  • You will be responsible for continues improvement program of our metrology systems;
  • You initiate; develop and guide a companywide development project approach.

What are we looking for?

Furthermore, you have at least the following experience/competences:

  • Proven experience as Program Manager in a high-tech, technology development or instrument development area, preferable within the Semiconductor metrology industry;
  • Direct experience in machine building, guiding delivering systems and product to customers;
  • You are customer-oriented and have excellent problem analysis skills;
  • You have strong leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, conflict resolution and management;
  • You have Excellent project management skills including project structuring and managing multiple work streams cross functionally. You are an excellent communicator;
  • You can see through all the steps required to deliver the development in time, quality and cost;
  • You not only start and rigorously follow through, but you finalize all required steps to bring our products to market
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment, with suppliers and co-developers, to ensure timely realization of competitive, high precision, complex components and assemblies.
