This will be your team:

Within our Design & Engineering department this role is part of the Software Group. This SW Group consists of 5 teams (Architectural, Machine Control, Device Control, Data Science, Integration & Support).

What will you be doing?

  • Lead a wide range of development aspects from design to production

  • Design and implement SW components to control complex HW

  • Write high quality, testable and efficient code

  • Initiate and promote new ideas for continuous improvement of the product

  • Work independently and as a team member (sometimes on a global scale)

  • Maintain existing code

As a senior level C# Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development, design, and testing of software solutions. Your technical background, extensive experience and a robust skill set, will contribute to the success of our innovative team. Your qualifications      

Education, Experience and Background:

  • Education: MSc /BSc/BA degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Experience: Possessing a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong foundation in Design/Architecture, Software Testing, and Software Integration.

  • Knowledge: Deep/Machine Learning, Object recognition and Signal Processing are considered an advantage.

  • Background: Previous experience in the semiconductors industry is an additional advantage.

Skills:

  • Coding/Design/Quality: Proficient in C#, Python, with a deep understanding of OOP Design and Unit Testing.

  • Source Control and Configuration: Hands-on experience with Git, as well as familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.

  • Process and Tracking: Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practical experience using Jira for project management and tracking.

  • Other Knowledge: Understanding of NoSQL and relational databases is considered an advantage.
