Where will you be working?

You’ll be joining a dynamic and passionate team of four dedicated Recruiters, but the perks don’t stop there, you’re also part of the wider HR Team. Our HR team is made up of an HR Director, four HR Business Partners, a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, a Learning & Development specialist and four HR Support colleagues.

It’s a group of driven professionals with diverse expertise and backgrounds, all working together to create a collaborative and inspiring environment.

What will you be doing?

Join our team as our new Talent Admin Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth and memorable hiring experience and administrative process.
You’ll support our recruiters with essential administrative tasks and keep our processes running flawlessly.
From scheduling interviews to managing calendars, you’ll make every step efficient and well-organized.
The Talent Admin Specialist will be one of the go-to person for candidates, ensuring they feel informed, welcomed, and supported.
Your coordination skills will help us plan and execute recruitment events with impact.
Whether it’s a career fair, webinar, or internal hiring session, you’ll help bring it to life.
You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters to improve workflows and enhance communication. Besides that you’ll also have the freedom to introduce fresh ideas, improve how we work, and experiment with new tools

What are we looking for?

A scale up can provide phenomenal learning and development opportunities but can also be a hectic environment at times. You must fit in such a climate and don’t mind to constantly implementing changes and process improvements, and to go the extra mile on a regular basis and feel comfortable with some uncertainty.

Furthermore, you need to recognize yourself in the profile as described below.

  • Education background, at Bachelor level.

  • A detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills and a natural drive to identify and implement improvements.

  • Excellent command of English communication, in both spoken and written form.

  • Proven experience in improving processes and implementing effective tools.

  • Efficiently manages priorities while thriving in fast-moving, competitive contexts.

  • 40 hours per week available and willingness to work 5 days in the office in Rotterdam.

  • Must be residing in Netherlands
