Where you will be working?
As an HR administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department. Together with your HR Support colleagues, you will provide essential administrative and HR support to employees and your HR colleagues.
What will you be doing?
Basically, anything you touch, you (can and will) add value to;
manage the full spectrum of HR administration, including contract preparation, system entries, and ensuring all processes follow internal guidelines and checklists;
including administration for foreign employees, fast response times, and high-quality service — all contributing to a positive employee experience;
support various HR processes such as onboarding, illness management, global mobility administration, applying at our service partner for mandatory process start-up for foreign employees;
serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on operational HR matters;
prepare the payroll administration.
continuously identify and implement improvements in HR administration processes.
contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including organizing Onboarding days.

Job requirements
What are we looking for?
1-3 years of work experience in HR Administration;
a real team player who brings preferably experience in global mobility/expat administration;
an optimist, you have a positive attitude and a good sense of humor;
able to work (32-40 hours) in a dynamic environment, you are able to adapt in a continuously changing environment;
a strong customer focus, with a friendly and approachable attitude;
excellent communication skills in the Dutch ánd English language (written and spoken).
