Our machines enable our customers - the world’s leading chipmakers – to increase the production yields, and thus, functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics.
Founded in 2016, we bring together the most creative minds (approx. 400 employees) in science and technology and develop a one-of-a-kind, revolutionary high throughput Scanning Probe Microscopy system.
Where will you be working?
You’ll be joining a dynamic and passionate team of four dedicated IT Support Technicians, but the perks don’t stop there, you’re also part of the wider IT Team.
It’s a group of driven professionals with diverse expertise and backgrounds, all working together to create a collaborative and inspiring environment.
What will you be doing?
· Technical support to end-users, using Windows OS.
· Evaluating, categorizing, and logging user requests and providing 1st & 2nd line of support solutions.
· Follow up requests to ensure timely resolution of problems which cannot be solved in the 1st line and proactively look for possible solutions.
· Installation and maintenance of existing and new servers, workstations, laptops and printers.
· Assist and advise users with technical incidents or questions.
· Maintain a continuous streamline of support to users.
· Contribute to the technical planning for the migration of software packages.

Job requirements
What are we looking for?
A scale up can provide phenomenal learning and development opportunities but can also be a hectic environment at times. You must fit in such a climate and don’t mind to constantly implementing changes and process improvements, and to go the extra mile on a regular basis and feel comfortable with some uncertainty.
Furthermore, you need to recognize yourself in the profile as described below.
· An IT professional with a passion for IT and around 2-5 years of work experience in a relevant role is a pré.
· A MBO or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or similar subject is considered an asset.
· Previous experience with management of M365 products & Active Directory.
· Work experience in an international environment is considered as an advantage.
· You are characterized as pro-active, service-minded, responsible and reliable.
· Good English skills, both written and verbal.
· Willing to work fulltime in the office in Rotterdam.
· You have full working rights for The Netherlands. Visa/work permit sponsorship can unfortunately not be offered for this role.
