Minimum 20 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Management Assistant
Demonstrated experience directly supporting C-suite executives and senior leadership
Exceptional expertise in complex multi-executive calendar management and strategic scheduling
Demonstrated capability to work independently and manage competing priorities across the executive suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Absolute discretion and commitment to confidentiality with Top Secret equivalent capability
Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, presentation software, and modern business tools
Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive as required for executive support.
